Job description

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensure the successful and efficient working.
• Handling tours (Corporate, Groups) and handling all MICE tours from start to end
• Selling International/domestic destinations holiday packages including flight booking, hotel reservation, insurance, etc.
• Maintaining good rapport / relations with Corporates
• Should be an excellent team leader.
• Should be able to guide, assist and support the team to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention.
• Required to be strategic and analytical, as will be in charge of finding ways to ensure the business remains profitable and grows further.
• Excellent salesperson, as will have to negotiate deals and commissions with travel
• Support Sales team to prepare costing with drafting proposal with itinerary
•  Research on new destinations and create new itineraries

•  • Prompt and accurate reverts as per requirement •
• Negotiate with Hotels / DMC

Job opening for E Commerce Manager – Luxury Lighting for a Lighting Studio for Delhi location

Duration: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Managing end-to-end business (store, sell, ship) for the company while managing
business growth, marketing on E-commerce platforms, inventory management,
Knowledge & handling Contracts and planning and ensuring great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize and plan for increasing the ecommerce sales
• Initiate and tie up with new marketplaces for onboarding
• Handle negotiations and seamless order dispatches
• Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets
• Daily operations of order compiling and execution
• Co-ordinate within the company for timely order execution
• Develop optimal and speedy delivery policies
• Generate reports and MIS as needed.
• Must have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate to people

• Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner and
ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the ecommerce field
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Efficient with numbers
• Understanding of Shopify is a plus
• Well versed in B2C and B2B ecommerce formats
