Job Description:
 Design and Development of complete product life cycle:
Concept, Design, Simulation, Component selection, prototyping, validation,
improvements, production and troubleshooting.
 Extensive knowledge of Lithium Ion cells/batteries, chemistries, Applications,
EV & Solar battery business needs, BMS configurations, etc.
 Responsible for complete design including hardware & software requirements
 Research and development of new Battery management systems with smart
communication protocols to communicate effectively. Knowledge in all types
of Communication circuit design like, CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS/GSM,
WIFI, NFC, BLE etc.,
 Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
 Examines product requirements, restrictions, intellectual property opportunities
and constraints, technical specifications, and other conditions relevant to
developing a new concept or product.
 Participate in departmental strategic planning.
 Assist technically both internal and external customers.
 Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors,
and customers.
 Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and
Operations.
 Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
 Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business
units.
 Expertise in Testing & Quality – enabling & maintaining Highest Standards of
Product & Process Quality for the company.
Desired Profile:
 Hands on experience in Design, Product Development, Life Cycle Management
of Power Electronics Products like Lithium Ion battery pack, BMS, Lithium ion

 Should have knowledge about various EMI/EMC / Safety compliance standards
as per IEC / EN /UL etc.,
 Knowledge about Reliability Testing and methods.
 Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E ECE/EEE/E&I
 Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of sound experience in core electronics
Manufacturing & R&D
 Preferred Industry: Li-ion Battery, EV, Solar, Power electronics
