Customer Support Executive
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum of 2 + years of relevant work experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communication skills and fluency in English is also desired.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities :
Customer Service Front :
Managing the purchase orders, supply chain & payment for customers, co-ordination
between sales team , HO & customer for new sales enquiry, build sustainable & trust
worthy relationship with the customers, keep a track on the customer interactions. Monitor
the company stock , sales targets Vs actual sales on weekly basis. Compile monthly
purchase data, Keep a track on import & export documents, import & export shipments
status & co-ordinating between the importer & the clearing agent for smooth customs
clearance.
Update each of the above activities to the CEO of the company.
On HR Front :
Work in co-ordination with Directors, Plan the timely training of new & old employees,
Promote a positive and open work environment in the organisation,
Skills :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative,
Strong telephone handling skills and active listening, should have good communication skills in both English & Hindi Language
candidates should have working experience in MS Excel & MS Word.
Should have multi-tasking capability, manage time effectively
