Roles & Responsibilities:
• Explain the company’s policies and procedure to the customers.
• Attend calls and messages and redirect them to the respective departments when needed.
In case, if higher management is not able to receive their calls, keep a record of the
messages received.
• Welcome clients in a friendly manner.
• Answer all the customer’s questions and address their complaints
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
• Maintain records & files.
• Ensure that the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies
such as forms, Pen & other stationary.
Desired Candidate should have:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi – tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
