Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country,
Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.
Advice students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation
and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.
Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.
Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like USA, UK, Canada, France, Ireland.
Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/ orstudent. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
Share in details about the course for abroad Education i.e., for Diploma, Bachelor’s and Master’s (all stream)
Ensure parent/ student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/ Universities and use the knowledge in helping students.
Maintain a proper database ofstudents counselled, and applications sent to abroad
Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance.
Analyse the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.
Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager
Desired Candidate should have:
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as local language.
Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assiststudents and parents
with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
Should be Result – orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Should have ability to communicate effectively with colleagues,students and other from
diverse social backgrounds.
Ability to learn on own-initiative and research beststudy options forstudents.

Must be dynamic, ambitious and honest.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Must have Sound judgement.

Greet and welcome guests.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Address product complaints and provide required service.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
Keep updated records and files.
Providing support to sales team by preparing quotations and presentations.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
complaints, inquiries, and comments.
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi).
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Minimum 3 year experience.

§ Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
§ Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
§ Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
§ Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
§ Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
§ Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
§ Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
§ Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
§ Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
§ Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
§ Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
§ Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
§ Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
§ Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
