Assisting Corporate client for International and domestic hotel booking and flight tickets.
Responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their requirement.
Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service.
Good Knowledge of international tourist destinations (middle east, far-east, Europe, etc.)
Costing and itinerary preparation.
Land transfers.
Skills:
Good Communication skills.
Proficiency in flight tickets and Hotel bookings .
Experience of dealing with corporations.
Amadeus knowledge required

Work Experience
Should have experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company. At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin,

Educational Qualification
Should have graduated from a secretarial college.

Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Good command over English.
