Driving topline revenue through sales.
Collaborating with CXO members primarily in BFSI sector for sales.
Should have experience in selling IT solutions in the B2B sector.
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Conducting sales through direct interventions as well as through business
partners that could be organisations and networking professionals.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff for fulfillment.
Conducting competition mapping with respect to product offerings and
pricing.
Farming in acquired accounts to increase value through up-selling and cross-
selling.
Documenting and communicating sales reports and MIS.
Gathering critical information through market research activities.
Having the capabilities to manage segmented market in both domestic and
international markets.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion within deadlines, budgets, and scope.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Define project requirements and scope, identify project risks and opportunities, and develop contingency plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
Lead project teams, motivate team members, and provide guidance and support to ensure project success.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners and vendors.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all changes are documented and approved.
Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in a chaotic environment and working well under pressure.
Experience solving complex customer problems.
A track record of having a positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
