• Proficient in Salary negotiations.
• Will be responsible for closing of the position.
• Ensuring the onboarding of the candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY (DISPATCH/ PACKING SUPERVISOR)
TRIMMING
1. Get the finished products picked from the shop floor
2. Get the trimming or grinding or assembly with child parts done for 100% of the finished products. Prioritize the same as per order book.
3. Plan your team working hours to meet the delivery commitments.
4. Ensure appropriate action is taken by the team to fix the defects
5. Share the finishing feedback to production team
PACKING & SHIPPING
1. Get the packing done for the zero-defect pieces, label them and place them on the designated racks. Prioritize the
same as per order book.
2. Ensure to dispatch the packed products as per the timelines received from accounts.
3. Plan your team working hours to meet the delivery commitments.
4. Follow 5S
5. Train new team members
6. Conduct refresher training as per TNA
Others
1. Do sample audit of the finished products inspected by the team (follow the sample audit methodology)
2. Ensure ZERO Customer Complaints
3. Stock the products which are not shipped
4. Manage & maintain minimum inventory of finished products, follow FIFO
5. Share the Stock Inventory Sheet with accounts
6. Cross training/utilization of resources to manage delivery commitments
