Key Skills

Must have C++/C Development experience.

Mechanical Design Engineer
1) Job Scope
i) Creating 3D models from customer drawings.
ii) Creating drawings from final designed parts.
iii) Designing parts and assemblies as per defined constraints.
iv) Planning for parts manufacturing by selecting the appropriate manufacturing
method and sending the details to the manufacturing partner.
v) Preparing inspection plans for parts sent for manufacturing.
2) Skills/ Knowledge Required
i) Good knowledge of using a 3D modeling software (solid works, Fusion 360, CATIA
etc.)
ii) Good knowledge of GD&T and how tolerances are defined.
iii) Good knowledge of basic geometrical concepts like perpendicularity, parallelism,
symmetry etc.
iv) Good understanding of how to create a drawing from a 3D model.
v) Having a good grasp on basic engineering fundamentals like mass, volume,
acceleration, force, stresses etc. and basic mathematical calculations relevant to
engineering
vi) Basic understanding of pneumatics

Job Description
Front end all Clients based appointments on Practo, Direct calls,
Direct walk in’s,
Referral Walk ins.
Maintain records of all New / Treatment patients on the CRM
Keep track of all booked appointments for consultation and
treatments on daily basis
Follow up, cancel & reschedule appointments/treatments based on
doctors’ / patients
availability.
Update Practo on daily basis – Confirm walk in/ Cancel patient no
show & raise
dispute for irrelevant calls
Follow up on patients due for consultation (within 10 days)
Maintain and update treatment files Pre/post treatment.
Keep track of billing and retrieve pending amounts as agreed upon
before initiating
treatment.
Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.
Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.
Generating referral walk in from existing patients.
Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.
Assist in other departments as and when required
Responsible for upkeep of the front office and patients waiting area
Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments.
As a mandate, for 4 days every month you shall be working out of
other centres.
