Responsible for Daily operational, coordination, and planning
Responsible for leading and supervising employees to ensure productivity/efficiency of operations.
Providing direction on how best to handle tasks across different functional departments, ensuring the satisfaction of customers and team members.
Suggest and implement strategies that improve overall profitability and satisfaction of all the stakeholders.
Managing KRAs and KPIs of the employees and supporting the overall performance of employees and the business.
Maintaining records of all the installed equipment and creating MIS reports for different stakeholders including contract status.
Maximizing revenue by ensuring timely follow-up by the service team with customers.
Supporting on field service team with the required documentation including quotations and other data of customers.
Coordinating with the principal company on different aspects to ensure proper billings and record maintenance.
Maintaining sales data and providing reports as required by Sales Team and Management.
Working in sync with management team to get the desired output from the employees and meet the goals.
Required Skills
Good analytical skills and proactiveness.
Experience in MS Excel Basic excel tools for MIS preparation.
Proficiency in creation of quotations and communication skills.
Stability and mindset to grow with the company for a long period of time.
