Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a qualified customer support executive who will offer excellent customer service, we need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will be trained in the company customer service policies and educated in product knowledge which will be helpful for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns.
Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum of 2 + years of relevant work experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communication skills and fluency in English is also desired.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities & Duties
To manage the company’s pay per click campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
Undertake required analysis and A/b testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches in order to optimise campaign success.
Creating targeted campaigns including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to create copy and other creative content.
Working closely with email marketing and sms marketing
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market related insights.
Analyse, monitor and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to the Marketing Manager.
Analyse, monitor and report on competitors PPC campaigns including key words being targeted.
Manage and monitor spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
Keep up to date with market and technology related developments.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Relevant previous experience and success within a similar PPC or Digital Marketing focused role.
Current knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing software and tools.
Strong analytical ability and experience to work with a variety of data sources.
Strong Excel experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team

Mandatory hands on experience:
a) C Programming

c) State Machine Implementation
d) Multithreading, Memory Management
e) IPC: Shared Memory, Message Queues
f) SNMP, MIB / NETCONF, YANG
Knowledge of tools: gdb, Cunit, Coverity, Gcov, Gprof,
Valgrind, Net-SNMP
Knowledge on configuration Management system :
Mercurial (Preferred), CVS, SVN
