Need FRESHER candidates with excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for researching and identifying the vendors offering quality products and services. Also,you should be able to negotiate product pricing and finalize the right deal. You will be the lead in making sure
timely production dispatch of products, including maintaining the inventory.
Besides, you should be able to monitor sales trends and suggest improvement measures. You should have the
ability to interact with our customers and coordinate with both the internal and external stakeholders on POs,
appointments, and production. You should be prompt and detail-oriented when solving any vendor issues.
Additionally, possessing knowledge of the latest industry developments and consumer trends is an added
benefit.
To succeed in this job role, you should have good analytical and critical thinking skills. Your ability to effectively
communicate workflow processes and policies with vendors will be an added advantage.

KEY TASK, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. New Business – You will endeavor towards achieving the new target budget for the region and
maintain the ongoing business revenue.
2. Services Delivery Management – One point for all client delivery & management.
3. RFP and Non RFP Proposals Ownership – You would own and be responsible for the RFP / Non –
RFP process with the support of Operations team, viz, site visits, costing, team structure, Proposal
preparations. You would also support in proposal preparation for a Pan-India RFP process.
4. Refusal to New Business – You will always prepare a ‘GO-NO-GO’ for new business and seek
management advice on the way forward on the assignment and always justify any recommendation
for a business or refusal for it.
5. Monthly Business Report – You will be required to submit a Monthly Business Report in the
first week of every month for the previous month in the prescribed format. This will include
existing business, new business added, business in pipeline and their relevant management fees.
6. Quarterly Business Report (QBR) – You will be required to submit and Present a Quarterly
Business Report clearly detailing Existing business revenue, new business with fees and Variance
for that period. You will be required to list the efforts to overcome negative variance and meet the
budgeted targets.
7. Client Relationship – You will maintain a Yearly Calendar for all existing Clients and keep
the Operations team updated of Client’s expectations on Service quality.
8. Invoice Payment Realization – You will follow-up on monthly invoices and collections
9. Support to other Regions – You will provide all the necessary support to the BDM, RMs,
Operation Managers and other FM team members outside your Region.
10. Support Senior Management – You shall provide all possible assistance to the Senior
Management in the Company for business requirements.
11. Market Analysis & Intelligence relevant for business conversions.
12. Develop new client verticals (large townships/warehouses/resorts etc.)
13. Synchronization with other services verticals for forging cross-selling opportunities.
14. Relationship management – Confidence building of the existing clients with a clear aim to grow
the account beyond a single unit.
15. Value add to clients – Act as Key Account Manager for multi-location client accounts &
manage deliverables / escalations beyond Business Development boundaries.
16. Business Knowledge – To know have Facilities Management knowledge, Technical qualification
would be an added advantage, Knowledge of the market minimum 3-5 years. Corporate sales
candidates could be considered.
17. Business – Billing & Collection
18. Smart Selling – Integration of Group Solutions & Services under M & S brand.
Education & Background:
1. Needs any Graduate ( MBA Marketing preferable)
2. 2-3 years of work experience in the FM / Related industry.
3. Self-Starter & Problem Solver
4. Meticulous and precise thinker with innate dynamism for problem solving
5. Direct, logical, precise and systematic style in his focus and way of reaching objectives.
6. Has handled challenging tasks and emphasizes the use of facts and logic to handle complex
challenges and to respond to difficult deadlines.
7. Multi Business Development Experience would be an added advantage

9. Capable of growing & managing the business as profit center management.
