Personal Criteria:-
B.E./B.Tech mandatory. M.B.A. would be given preference.
2 to 5 years of experience of carrying out sales in the MEP industry.
Needs to exhibit pro active hands on behaviour, willingness to network with customers and willingness to visit project sites.
Must have personal two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Good verbal and written English mandatory; good presentation skills mandatory.
The role would also involve:-
Based as a resident employee in Bangalore, the role would also involve increasing market penetration by visiting other geographical areas as per the customer or the project requirement, such as Hyderabad,
Chennai etc.
Regular assessment of current and future market potential by entering project and customer information in CRM; and keeping the management abreast of the emerging trends in the market by keeping track of new developments in the market including analysis of competition.
Payment and old C Form collection.
Achieving customer delight by ensuring that site support, material delivery etc are provided in a timely and professional manner.
Key Deliverables:
Achieving sales targets in the assigned territory by meeting & negotiating sales with MEP contractors and by simultaneously influencing the end clients, MEP consultants and Project Management Consultants.
Getting the products specified through MEP consultants and end clients.
Conducting seminars, presentations, site demonstrations, site mock ups and site training to create
awareness and to support customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
Responsible for assessment of loan proposals in line with the credit policy of the company.
Managing quality & delivery turnaround of loan proposals.
Engaging with relevant authorities for loan approvals.
Assisting Business, Operations & Client for effective & smooth loan closure.
Provide relevant & regular inputs for creation / refinement of Credit policy.
Monitor and track the portfolio health & performance and manage portfolio delinquency.
Responsible for managing the risk and credit practices in line with the Risk Policy framework.
Will drive and support other miscellaneous initiatives as part of risk / credit / business as may be taken
up from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
CA/ MBA with 2 – 4 years of relevant credit / risk experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
B Com with 5-8 years of relevant credit / risk experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
Exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in small ticket lending (secured and
unsecured)
Should have local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, high risk areas etc.
Should be conversant with legal documentation for secured and unsecured loans.
