Designation –  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Salary – 30k to 40k PM 
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Location  –  New Delhi  
Industry: Lighting / CCTV / Home Theater

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
– Proven Sales Experience
– Self motivated and driven

1. Motivated to achieve monthly sales target & Drives sales through meeting various
architects/interior designers/builders, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Develop new sales strategies and models.
3. Ask customers what they are looking for and advise products accordingly.
4. Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
5. Enhance customer experience & Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
6. Upsell extra items when appropriate
7. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
8. Maintain & expand client database.
