In-house & On-site prove-out of SPMs, Hydraulic fixtures & automation lines Prepare Cycle time calculations for machining and automation lines Prove-out of cycle time on the prior mentioned systems

Relevant experience of Machine operation, SPM & Hydraulic fixture proveout Strong knowledge & understanding of Engineering fundamentals and Machining calculations Trouble shooting – Machining process Understanding of manufacturing processes Know-how of GD&T Controller: Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
Managing a team of 10 Sales Officers in Panchkula, including hiring new officers.
Responsible for origination of loans (both secured and unsecured).
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned.
Management of Channel partners and other external stakeholders
Engaging with relevant authorities and departments for Case Approvals. Escalating the case wherever required.
Engaging with Credit, Operations & Client for effective & smooth case closure.
Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.
Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
Collections from overdue customers
Required Qualifications and Experience:
CA / MBA / Post Graduate with 8 – 12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
Exposure and understanding of products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business Loans.
Should have worked for at least 5 years in the Panchkula market
Exposure to latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industry.
