Job description
Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy.
Compile the relevant business documentation used for banking processes.
Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
Perform month-end closing accounts activities.
Process data using the accounting system.
Process payroll transactions.
Record and process all business transactions.
Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure
and finance costs.
Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
Retrieve reports from the accounting system for use.
Use appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
Must have knowledge of Tally and Busy software.

Objectives of this role
We are looking for a Project Manager – ERP Implementation to analyze, plan and drive the
implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
The Project Manager (PM) will help to execute and improve the key service delivery processes
for this project and ensure that the correct metrics and Key Performance Indicators are in
place.
The PM will initiate the project and do the project planning, execution, and control; and close
the project, once all the identified and agreed scope of work is implemented and tested for
quality.
Manage routine interactions with client management and sponsorship.
Develop and maintain contacts with clients.
Contribute to the proposals pricing strategy of ERP solutions.
Update and manage the ERP system to ensure it provides the company with proper business
solutions and accurate results.

Responsibilities
Understanding the project scope, schedule, and deliverables; and working closely with internal
stakeholders to cognize their needs and expectations.
End-to-end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote
working models as needed;
Interfacing with the ERP implementation clients & internal stakeholders.
Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and
project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and
problems are resolved properly and quickly.
Participating actively and collaborating within the IT team, providing feedback on the current
day-to-day activities, and recommending improvements.
Organize training and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization.
Manage the process of designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, reports,
and analytical tools.
Required skills and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, or Computer Applications, or
Information Systems, or any other engineering degree, with at least 8 years of work experience,
including a minimum of 3 plus years in a project management role.
Hands-on experience in managing projects such as the implementation of ERP or similar
migration projects.
Professional certification such as PMP from PMI will be preferred.
Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports,
dashboards, and analytical tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate effectively at all
levels of the clients, including with senior management.
