Roles and Responsibilities:-
Candidates having 2-3 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales
Handling the team, making sales strategies to increase revenue, and closing deals.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
Develop strategies for more effective sales both individually and as part of a team .
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking and cold calling.

Job Description :-
We are looking for a candidate who can drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement
to closure. The candidate must be able to identify the key decision-maker through in-depth and
thorough market research. Establishing good relationships with new and existing clients goes
hand-in-hand with the above.
Desired Candidate Profile – We do not look at the candidate’s academic performance and are
focused only on his/her smartness which comprises the following.● Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
● Competitive spirited and ability to achieve the assigned target.
● Quick Learner and able to provide suitable solutions to clients.
● Experience in international sales would be an added advantage.
