JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing assistance to the COO by providing general office management, meetings and event
coordination.

Job responsibility

Provide comprehensive support services to the COO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
Should be able to do calendar management. Make judgments and recommendations to ensure day to day engagements.
Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls and prioritizes phone messages.
Handles all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism.
Update and maintain phone list for COO. Provides complex travel arrangements.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and relationship builder.
Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills required in working with guests, vendors and co-workers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

External Interactions – (Outside the Organization)
Should be able to talk to the visitors and vendors for calendar and travel management.

Good Communication Skills.
Flexible & highly motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of Excel
