Designation – CA

Experience –  0 -2 Years

Location –  Mumbai (Nariman Point)

Salary range –  6 LPA ( Negotiable)

Gender Preference – Male 

Weekly holiday on Sunday or some other day Sunday
Five days of 6 days  week 5 days with occasional office on Saturday depending on work
The candidate will be a CA
0-2  yrs of experience overall in the finance domain including taxations and compliances.
Having worked in NBFC would be an added advantage.
The candidate will probably represent the company in front of India’s top financial institutions and government authorities from time to time
The candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization
You have represented your company/clients in front of Tax Authorities successfully or must have successfully handled scrutiny cases.
Understands and follows guidelines from regulators
Complete financial accounting and forecasting for the NBFC & group companies
Deliver reports, MIS and metrics to leadership
Complete all compliances for group companies in time
Prepare presentations & excels for any investor queries
Occasionally represent any of group companies in front of any govt authorities
Interact and drive partners/vendors to perform to their fullest potential
Create and nurture relationships with country’s top FIs & Fintech companies
develop financial concepts and policies for business planning and control.
Long term forecast and cash flow planning. Company’s Working Capital Management
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Completely handle Income tax matters including Tax Audit , Income tax returns ,TDS
Manage and represent companies for Scrutiny Assessments, CIT Appeals, Tribunal Appeals (ITAT).
Must have hands-on information on Corporate Law & Practice.
Preparing Compliance Reports for GST, Income Tax & Others
Timely GST Refund Applications & Follow ups with Department
Evaluation of Investments
Conducting Internal Audits to identify Revenue Leakages and Systems Improvement
Documentation for Bank Loans, External Credit Ratings & any other work within the purview of Accounts, Audit & Taxation.
