Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our
Onboarding team and help the organization in Onboarding new clients to
our platform.
Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include communicating company
services & how different we are from our competitors, gathering
necessary paperwork and scheduling first days. Basic knowledge of
Computers, restaurant analysis, menu analysis & international calling
experience.
Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding
procedures for new clients.
Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls [cold calls]
● Generate prospects & leads
● Prepare onboarding documents on Hellosign
● Welcome new clients upon their sign up
● Introduce to Otter team
● Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure
agreements & client banking information.
● Coordinate company presentations and product demos
● Educate clients about our week start & end [Week cycle]
● Ensure new clients have technical assistance to properly set up
their hardware and software [Otter coordination]
● Distribute [Creds] username passwords and guidelines, as needed
● Address new clients queries regarding their contracts and payouts
Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as an International caller or relevant
Customer service
● Basic knowledge of Computers & Google products
● Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
● Team spirit

Job Description-
1. Experience in Clinical Pharmacy functions in a good healthcare establishment and a useful base experience of patient counseling on medication
Customer Orientation: .
1. Etiquette, Empathy, listening skills and good bedside manners
2. Disease and applicable Pharma knowledge
3. Good written and verbal communication including reporting accuracy
4. Adherence to time schedules and processes including safety procedures
5. Must have the ability to learn and retain complex material, pass tests demonstrating product and disease-related knowledge and deliver content to Customers verbally in a clear, effective and accurate manner in strict compliance with regulatory and other requirements.
6. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions in relation to the Product / Service provided.
7. Ability and willingness to travel locally
8. Requires morning and evening flexibility as necessary to meet customers’ schedules and coordinate accordingly
9. Detail-oriented, even when faced with highly repetitive tasks
