Required Qualifications and Experience:
• CA / MBA with 2 – 4 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
• Graduate with 4-7 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
• Exposure and understanding of products in small ticket lending (secured and unsecured)
• Knowledge of the local market will be preferable
• Exposure to latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
• Responsible for origination of loan proposals (both secured and unsecured).
• Responsible for evaluating the proposal in line with company credit policy
• Responsible for logging in positive proposals in the system
• Engaging with relevant authorities and departments for Case Approvals. Escalating the case wherever
required.
• Engaging with Credit, Operations & Client for effective & smooth case closure.
• Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.
• Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
• Collections from overdue customers
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned.
• Management of Channel partners and other external stakeholders

Requirements & Skills:
4+years’ working experience
A degree or diploma in Software Engineering or Information Technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to configure schema and MongoDB data modelling

Strong experience and knowledge on Test Data Management activity and its
fundamental principles, Experience in working on complex SQL join queries, Experience

Knowledge on Snowflake tool and Experience in working data masking, data subset,
data generation, data governance, Experience in developing new mappings using
Informatica Power Center tool and maintenance of it.
Experience and knowledge on Unix scripts. Experience and sound knowledge on TDM
tools such as Informatica TDM workbench, Informatica Power Center Repository,
Designer, Manager, Monitor, Good knowledge about Insurance domain
Good in communication skills and confident enough to present
Ability to perform risk profiling, Experience and knowledge working in Agile software
development life cycle,
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Manage the design of database systems used for storing and accessing business-related
information
Create, edit, and remove data as needed by a specific application
Make well-informed selections about database languages and technologies that are
compatible
Evaluate network architecture, execute several diagnostic tests
Upgrade information security systems for maximum performance and navigation
Document code, make progress updates and conduct code reviews and peer feedback
Test code for errors and apply fixes
Proficiency in MongoDB Data Modeling
Strong experience with MongoDB Query Index Tuning
Experience with MongoDB Sharding Replication
Troubleshooting MongoDB bottlenecks
State-of-the-art MongoDB performance tuning capabilities
Respond to incidents and ability to bring them to closure
Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability
Recommend and implement best practice
Passion for troubleshooting the toughest problems and propose creative solutions
