Designation – Junior Finance Executive

Experience – 2- 4 years

Salary range – 25K to 30K per month

Minimum Qualification:

·         Bachelor’s degree required (accounting or finance preferred)

Position: 

Roles and responsibilities:-

·         Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities.

·         Financial Statement analysis.

·         Ensure all business transactions are recorded.

·         Perform month-end closing process and any request as necessary.

·         Maintaining and keeping a proper record of Petty Cash, Cash book, and credit card tracking and recording.

·         Providing audit inputs and support like statutory, tax, and GST audits.

·         Support on monthly MIS.

·         Service invoicing for clients on a monthly basis.

Requisite Skills

·         Knowledge of Banking, GST, TDS, etc.

·         Knowledge of Tally ERP

·         Should be able to work in a team.

·         Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

·         Planning and prioritizing skills.

·         Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong accounting application.

·         Intermediate excel level (pivot table, formulas, and charts.)

products that we offer.
• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
• Study ongoing economic events in the global market. Help the team in developing and writing
research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.

Qualification and Skills Required:
• MBA Finance, MA Economics, M.Com. with prior work experience of 6-8 years.
• Experience of working in a Client Support role within the Financial services industry.

Important Notes:
• All candidates are required to sit a 45 minutes written test to assess their Analytical,
Quantitative and Communication skills.
• This is not a BPO job role.
• Only candidates serious about making a career in Investment Finance should apply.

The candidate should be a strong team player with some prior experience of leading teams. He/she must
have an analytical mindset, an interest to learn new Financial products and an excellent command on
English.
Further, the candidate should be good at multi-tasking and managing multiple functions simultaneously.
