Designation – Sr. PHE design ( plumbing & firefighting) Draftsman
Experience- 5 years +,
Qualification – Minimum ITI, Req. 02 nos.
Salary: 3 Lacs – 6 Lacs p.a.
Location – Goregaon , Mumbai
Job Description:
1) Preparation of Water supply piping with sizing and layouts for toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.
2) Preparation of building internal drainages piping with sizing and layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.
3) Preparation of external drainages with sizing and layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages.
4) Preparation of Plumbing water supply and drainage water schematic
5) Preparation of Material take off list and measurement sheet for making Plumbing & fire-fighting BOQ
6) Preparation of water UG tank, OHT etc. layout and sleeve layout
7) Preparation of layouts of firefighting internal & external hydrant and sprinkler system and fire pipe layout and sizing.
8) Drawing Co-ordination of with Other Services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical), HVAC etc..) for clash free drawing with respect to false ceiling height

Designation – Sr. Electrical Design Engineer
Experience – 5 yrs+
Qualification- B.E./B. Tech- Electrical, Req. 01 no.
Salary: 5 Lacs – 8 Lacs p.a.
Location – Goregaon , Mumbai
Job Description:
1) Candidate Should be able to prepare design detailed electrical BOQ, technical specifications, technical data sheet for all electrical LV, MV and HT equipment and ancillaries etc.
2) Should be able to design Medium & High voltage system including electrical load calculations, cable sizing, fault level calculations, DB schedule, earthing design, transformer design , DG set design, Electrical SLD, Panel SLD, Main LT panel design, lighting lux level calculations,
lighting and power calculations & layout etc.
3) Should be able to independently lead electrical Design team
4) Working Knowledge of AutoCAD software is preferred.
5) Should be able to handle electrical contractor and check and approve shop drawings/site visit whenever required
6) Additional knowledge in REVIT- MEP- electrical, Design knowledge in HVAC, Fire-fighting and Plumbing is an added advantage
7) Candidate with exposure to electrical design in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
8) Should be able to design Low voltage system as under
a) Public Address system,
b) Security Access control system
c) CCTV system
d) Nurse call system
e) Building management system ( BMS)
f) Fire Alarm system
g) Data and telephone system
h) Server design ( passive system)- knowledge in active server system shall be added advantages.
i) Audio-video system

1) Preparation of AC & Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts.
2) Preparation of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc. layout, Valve station, and space planning, plant room drawings etc.
3) Preparation of piping layout with sizes (for Chilled water, Hot water, Condenser water, Refrigerant piping ,VRF piping etc.)
4) Preparation of Measurement Sheet of ducting, piping, valves, & HVAC Equipment Summary.
5) Preparation of Drawing Co-ordination of with Other Services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical) for clash free drawing with respect to false ceiling height
