Profile: Field Operation Manager
Experience – 1-2 Years
Communication – Good
CTC – 30-45k PM
location:- Pune
Job Responsibilities
● Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives
● Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and workers
to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground
● Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground
campaigns;
● Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination
with internal and external stakeholders
● Coordinate with various internal teams of Strelema including digital media, data
analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims
● Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions, travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork
● People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions
● Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project
● Driving Cost and Timeliness in the assigned projects
● Regular feedback to the Field Force to take corrective actions on gaps identified
● Knowledge management and corrective action plan
● Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. to drive business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes mostly preferred MBA graduates.
● 1 – 2 years of work experience in top organizations
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports
Skills
● Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of
stakeholders
● Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders
● Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player

Proficiency in different V2X standard – Wave , ETSI and China standard
Proficiency in Logical Link Control layer, Management layer, GNSS, HMI, CAN for ETSI, WAVE, and China Standard
Hands on experience in V2X Application development
Hands on experience in porting V2X stack on multiple target platform
Proficiency in C and good debugging skills
Good knowledge of Multi core, Multi-threaded architecture
Develop software functionality as per Project requirement.
Adherence to coding standards /project specific checklist.
