As Node Developer we are looking for a Node Js, Mongo DB, Angular or React. Experience with userinterface design.
Role: Backend Node Developer Good Hands-on experience in Angular or React. –
Experience in designing and building large-scale, high availability, secure web applications and REST-full API using Node.js in an agile methodology. –
Good Hands-on experience in Node Js frameworks like Express, Fastify other frameworks. – Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.JS – Knowledge and understanding of Event Loop architecture.
– Knowledge and understanding of promises and (async or await) – Implementation of security like oauth 2.0, JWT and data protection.
– Good Hands-on experience on cache server.
– Knowledge and understanding of Request, Axios, proficiency in REST-ful APIs.
– Knowledge of data structures and Algorithms, Node Global variables and In-built libraries
– Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and Workarounds
– Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

Finance department. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing financial data and
developing profit-focused action plans, including trend forecasting and variance monitoring.
Additionally, they should be proficient in data visualization and modeling.
Objectives of this Role
Monitor financial status by comparing data sets with projections.
Develop forecast models based on comparative performance metrics to maintain the
company’s forecast model and implement improvements as the business grows.
Develop business cases to support decision-making and support pricing decisions by
creating innovative strategies for cost reduction
Establish and guide restructured cost analysis processes by creating fresh policies and
procedures
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Work directly with the VP of finance with various planning exercises, such as forecast,
budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting
Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to
revenue, and comparing and correcting data to reconcile financial transactions.
Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business
performance, and provide management with insights into any risks or opportunities.
Coordinate requirements for efficient automated accounting to increase productivity
and ensure verified information backups.
Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and
thorough internal reporting and analysis of financial data.
Strive to advance personal skill sets through continued engagement in networking,
workshop, and advanced education opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience working in the financial sector.
Should be CA.
Proficient with financial software application packages like tally, ERP & ETC.
Working knowledge of statistical analysis processes and statistical packages

Preferred Qualifications
Sound Knowledge of Managing Finance & Accounts.
Overseeing Financial Statements including Trial balance, cash flow statement,
BRS, Payable and Receivable statements.
Looking for complete compliance of the Organization – GST, TDS, Income Tax, FDI
Preparing MIS reports and budgeted reports.
Coordinating with the auditors for quarterly & yearly closure of books of accounts.

Job description :-The objective of the role
Represent the company well when dealing with clients and officials
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Analyze the implications for current and future business, on account of proposed changes to the
law, report the same to the management, demonstrating a wider view that benefits the
company.
Coordination with different business verticals like Finance & Sales team.
Work with Finance, and the Company Secretary in close coordination to proactively manage
investments and acquisitions, Corporate Governance matters, etc.
Contract Management – Proficiency in Contract drafting/ vetting from a legal perspective.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents, such as Drafting/ Vetting/ negotiations –
Drafting legal notices, MOUs/ LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, etc., and other agreements with a
focus on Real Estate, Risk Mitigation, and final closure of the same during client calls.
Corporate Governance – Work with the Finance Department, external counsels, company
secretaries, auditors, etc. for corporate governance, secretarial work, etc.
Create and maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives. Industry-specific monthly
legal updates.
Effectively manage the successful negotiation, drafting, and completion of complex corporate
transactions and contracts.
Litigation Management – Coordination with external counsels and internal business departments for
litigation matters,
Skills and qualifications
Experience working in a relevant, fast-paced legal environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work with the Real Estate companies closely worked on Lease Deeds, Due Diligence, Landlord
Communication & issues, and Compliances, etc.
Work with the stakeholders and the external legal counsel on managing litigation
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Experience working with multiple departments simultaneously.
Experience working with Legal firms.
