Must be open to travelling (intercity & intracity)
Must be open to working on holidays if required, as and when requested by potential clients
Good in relationship management

Job Overview:
Schedule & Plan training programs
Maintain training calendars, planning & tracking sheets, checklists etc.
Manage Resources
Source trainers and maintain databases
Maintain content (Create, design, update and modify training material) ensuring version control
Book venue & equipment (where necessary)
Organize travel and stay/transport where applicable)
Program Execution
Ensure flawless execution by coordinating between trainers and clients
Administration of virtual tools like Zoom/MS Teams for the execution of offsite programs
Capture & Maintain program related data (Assessment, Evaluation, Attendance etc.)
Analysis & Reporting
Analyse and report program data using templates and dashboards

Requirements
