• Managing Field sales marketing executives
Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive Pre-sales and Sales & Marketing functions
• Prepare monthly sales plan for the region and drive the teams to achieve
individual sales targets for the region.
• Managing regional sales teams effectively and efficiently and ensuring annual
sales targets are achieved for the region
• Highly result oriented, excellent team management skills
• Ensure strong funnel and dynamic in business deals closure
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Market / competitor analysis
• Daily weekly monthly quarterly reviews and report publishing
• Monthly forecast on sales for the region
