JOB SUMMARY: The position is responsible to make sure that the needs of their customers are being satisfied.
Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customer’s and facilitate organic growth
2. Take ownership of customer’s issue and follow problems through to resolution
3. Develop service procedures, policies and standards
4. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
5. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
6. Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through
encouragement and empowerment
7. Keep ahead of organization’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
8. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
9. Maintain an orderly work flow according to priorities
10. Ability to think strategically and to lead
11. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

To handle daily ecommerce operations
Handle International logistics process and logistics queries for deliveries in 190+ countries.
Negotiate on rates and on-boarding new logistics carrier
Handle International returns including cross countries returns
Oversee warehouse operations in USA, EU region, Canada and India
Coordinate with the internal team and resolve their operational queries
Handling all account metrics and its policies
Analyze internal process workflow and do continuous improvements
Co-ordinate with the IT team for process flow automations and various reports for analysis.
Tie up with International vendors for product distribution and getting into new product
categories.
