JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acquire new clients.
Market the product on a regular basis
Handle customer queries and inquiries for the account opening
Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
Review all the account opening documentation.
Service account opening inquiries and creation.
Provides account services to customers by handling inward and outward transfers.
Answers questions in person or on telephone and refers customers to other company services
as necessary.
Explain account options and be up to date on all bank products and services.
Must be familiar with different types of accounts, fee structures, customer benefits, and
account restrictions.
Cross-sells products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product
promotions, and ascertaining customers’ needs.
Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into company system, and
file related forms or other documents.
Investigate and correct errors upon customers’ request, according to customer and bank
records.
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information
confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
