DESIGNATION: Business Development & Exports Manager – Veterinary Nutraceuticals
LOCATION: New Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 15 year experience of sales, exports and digital marketing of
veterinary formulations/nutraceuticals for feed supplements for Poultry, Livestock, Aquaculture
and Pets in a nutraceutical/pharma company. Must also have experience of product
management (prospecting new formulations, developing literature/marketing collaterals,
strategies and schemes). Should be capable of developing new Key Customers for domestic and
export sales both for Animal Feed Supplements (feed manufacturers of Poultry, Livestock,
Aquaculture) as also for Human Food Supplements (manufacturers of Milk, Baby Food, Bread,
Bakery, Vegetable Edible Oils). Should be able to create and manage sales team,
distribution/dealer network, conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities and do
field work. Should be able to formulate and implement promotional activities, sales
schemes/trade offers, besides designing marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital
marketing, sample planning, etc. and also be able to prospect vendors of materials and contract
manufacturers etc.
PREFERENCE: candidates must be working in nutraceutical/pharma company at corporate
office, have experience of sales of nutraceutical/veterinary products in at least 2 zones of India,
exports besides digital marketing. Must also have experience of managing P&L, be fluent in
spoken and written English, be able to make presentation, computer savvy, and be about 40
years age.
REMUNERATION: CTC of Rs 7 lakh/annum + working allowance + incentives. Will consider
higher for deserving candidates

DESIGNATION: Production Manager – Nutraceuticals/Consumer Products/Pharma
LOCATION: South Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 15 years prior experience of manufacturing vitamin
premixes/nutraceuticals(liquids, powders), consumer products (personal care, hygiene care
products (herbal or otherwise) in a Nutraceutical/Consumer Products/Pharma company. Must
have knowledge of developing new formulations by reverse engineering from reference
labels/product. Should have experience of purchase and inventory management including
testing of raw-materials, packing-materials and finished goods, contract manufacturing. Should
have experience of quality control and ensuring manufacturing finished products of consistent
high quality. Must also be able to recruit, train, and manage manpower including shift
operations. Must have experience of evaluating, purchasing, installing and operating
plant/equipment besides their maintenance. Must have experience of quality control, root-
cause-analysis and making rectification in formulations and processes. Must know how to design
formulations, calculate BOM, make Manufacturing Process as well as draft product SOPs and
MSDS. Must have prior experience of following process parameters and adherence to ISO, GMP,
SOP, Quality control, and their documentations. Must have experience of enforcing and
compliance of Drug & Cosmetics Act, FSSAI, Factory Act, Labour Act, Pollution Control Act
including record keeping Job Card, BMR, quality control records, and stock registers etc. Must be
abreast with latest technologies, and be savvy with using computers and Tally-9 ERP. Must have
exposure to ISO, GMP, Halal, Kosher and other such certification and audits.
PREFERENCE: candidates must be working in a Nutraceutical/Consumer Products/Pharma
company, having prior experience of manufacturing vitamin premixes/nutraceuticals (liquids,
powders), consumer products (herbals or otherwise), developing new products by reverse-
engineering, must have set-up a plant, and has experience of compliance of Drug & Cosmetics
Act, FSSAI, GMP, ISO etc. and is savvy in using Excel and fluent in written and spoken English,
and is around 40 years age.
SALARY: CTC of Rs 7 lakh per annum + incentives. Will consider higher for deserving candidates
EDUCATION: B-Pharma/M-Pharma, preferably with MBA

Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive
strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media
platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
Skill Required:
Experience including to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and
more.
Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media and analytics software.
Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including
Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
