Required experience of 5-8 years, Exposure to work with one or more reputed organization. Knowledge of Topical manufacturing in Cosmetics & Ayurvedic – Manufacturing, Filling, Sealing and packing of products.

Job Description:

Designation: Production Manager – Topical Manufacturing of Cosmetics & Ayurvedic (Ointments/Gel/Creams/Lotions)

Work Profile:

1. Responsible for manufacturing & packing operations of Ointment & topical block.

2. Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing and packing operations as per cGMP/ regulatory norms

3. Responsible for ensuring fulfillment of monthly production commitment against plan.

4. Responsible for ensuring manufacturing equipment are running as per 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in Topical facility.

5. Ensuring well adherence and compliance of procedures and ensuring online documentation as per cGMP at shop floor.

6. Responsible for making strategy and improvement plan to improve productivity and compliance of department

7. Responsible for keeping area all time ready for audit and to comply any audit observation.

8. Responsible for ensuring periodic qualification and re-qualification of equipment.

9. Identifying the area of improvement and recommending process modification

10. Responsible for identification, execution of improvement projects and initiatives as area owner.

11. Tasking on daily output report with monthly, weekly and daily production planning and managing the assembly line workforce for achieving the periodic production target

12. Master BMR, BFR, BPR, standard operating procedure, investigation report, protocol and report for topical block.

13. Responsible for QMS documentation and manufacturing records- preparation and review of BPR & SOP, and Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations Management

14. Responsible for investigation of market complaints, deviations, OOS/OOT and other non-conformances from production end.
