Should be able to create and manage sales team, distribution/dealer network, conduct market survey/feedback, field work, formulate and implement promotions and analysis, improve packaging, prospect vendors of materials and contract manufacturing, generate sales, formulating schemes and trade offers, promotional activities, besides design of marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing, sample planning, etc.
