Job Description / Responsibilities:
Required “General Manager” who is having 10 to 15 years working
experience only in “Transmission Line (400 to 765KV Lines) and
Substation upto 220KV Work” & potential in overall control of multiples
Sites, Stores, Sub-Contractors, Staff & all the activities of Projects.
1. The Projects to be undertaken would Involve (400-765KV)
Transmission Lines & Substation work.
2. Knowledge Pile Foundation, Tower Foundation, Erection,
Testing and Commissioning.
3. Knowledge of Substation Construction, Equipment Installation,
Erection, Testing & Commissioning.
4. Over All Controlling Of Stores & Purchase such as Indent,
Received, Issue, PO, Data Entry, Negotiation, Total Material
Planning, controlling, staffing etc.
5. Stock Verification etc. Material Codification Reconciliation,
Inventory Monthly Basis, Minimum Stock Level Maintain
Sub-contractor Issue and Debit Note.
6. Lead and Ensure complete responsibility of Project till Handing
Over the Project.
7. Maintain the Discipline with superiors & subordinates.
8. Working experience in Cost Analysis, Material Requirement, Site
Staff Management, Coordination with Sub-Contractors etc.
9. Plan the Project Deliveries on the basis of time, Cost and
Quality.
10. Assist Functional Teams and Guide them for ensuring Project
Deliverables on various Critical Parameters.
11. Look after the end to end project planning & implementation
from scope management to activity sequencing, cost estimation,
risk analysis and quality management of All projects.
12. Sole responsible for complete project execution, procurement of
all Materials, Site Handling & Management, Realization of
Payments, Closure of Contracts and Client Interaction at all
levels
