Job Responsibilities:-
Handle the corporate inquiries of various IT courses across the globeCorporate Lead monitoring on an hourly basisThe reply should be given to the training requirements of the corporate inquiry preferably via phone callGather necessary details for course customization wherever necessaryCoordinating with the trainers based on the training requirements of the corporatesBuild an intelligent and realistic cost proposals as per the discussions madeContinuous follow up of the clients until the closure of the requirementOrganize and attend a technical call between the trainer and the clientMonitor the progress of training sessions and resolve any issues that may arriveRecord proper reasons for those leads that didn’t work outTake advice while finalizing the trainer paymentsShould be proactively working with Team and Team Head
Skills:-Prerequisites:- Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in BPO/Call Center/CRM/Online Sales etc
Good communication skills in English is a must.Strong determination to work in an IT corporate environment
