9. Should have worked with at least a couple of FFMC’s in a similar capacity and strong in Marketing especially to corporate segment.

10. Should have been a team leader leading a team under him.

The Team Leader is responsible for Business development and should plan his Marketing calls for the day.
The Team Leader should generate his own data base and look forward for data base through his own sourcing for a prospective client.
The Team Leader to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, collection of one time documents and collection of documents during sale/purchase as per AML/KYC norms.
Team Leader to ensure the process of tallying cash (FCN, T. Cheques and Pre paid Cards) on daily basis are adhered by the cashier and verifying by another team member is in place on daily basis.

The Team Leader has to manage the administration of the branch in an effective manner and ensure there are no customer complaints.
