Designation – Production Incharge / Manufacturing Incharge

Job Responsibilities – Handling the team of approx. 15 manufacturing technicians and take responsibility of all manufacturing related activities. Should be technical and good knowledge of manufacturing processes along with production management.
.Responsibilities:
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.
Report planned work status before end of shift.
Maintain work order flow by monitoring steps of the process and Minimize downtime
Check production output according to specifications.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
Observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and systems;
Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
Accomplishing work results; respect priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
Maintaining discipline on shop floor.
Orienting and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
Maintains working relationship with all technicians by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
