Quality Manager Exp: 6 to 7 years Salary: 40k-60k PM Location – Mohali Ø Job Description and Responsibility
Manage the Quality Assurance procedures and processes.
Implement and support a Test management platform.
Monitor all operations that affect the quality
Building and managing the large teams effectively.
Train and assist Testers to perform proper testing.
Report Quality metrics and Test results to Project and Department managers.
Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans.
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives, and activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Company Products.
Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Create or Update SOP’s and standards
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
Ø Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors in Computer science or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a software development Company.
Experience with testing in an agile environment.
Experience implementing Test management platforms.
A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
Proficiency with MS operating systems and software.
Demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
The ability to develop partnerships and influence.
Ability to work independently and has strong team building skills.
Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Thorough knowledge of methodologies and metrics of quality assurance.
