Experience Required:-
We need a minimum of 1-3 year Managerial Sales Experience in Gurgaon’s Real Estate, BPO, Finance,
Banking or Logistics Industry.

Your To do’s would include:
 Interact with prospects, pitch products and generate meetings.
 Confirm all scheduled meetings prior to the scheduled date and time.
 Lead generation, meetings & follow-ups with clients, site visits, builder visits etc.
 Interacting with prospective clients, and closing Sales.
 Following up with interested prospects till a Sales is closed.
 Preparing the presentation of projects
 Establish and sustain relationships with existing and new clients / consultants for continuous
growth.
 Target based selling with adherence to the company's sales process & policies.

Competencies Required:
 Good at communication and presentations skills.
 Enthusiastic for Sales.
 Own 4-Wheeler must.
 Hands on in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint & mail communication.
 Hands on in CRM Software like ZOHO.

Compensation:
30-40k or one of the best components in the industry
Fixed Component + Incentive
