Job Responsibilities :-
1) Regulatory Affairs Executive – Formulations
– To find out new markets, generate leads for export.
– Dossier preparation, review & submission in ACTD/CTD/Country Specific format for Product registration.
– To evaluate & respond to any regulatory query, customer requirements that may arise from health authority so as to satisfy the query.
– Review technical documents like process validation, AMV, Stability and composition etc, labeling, batch records, specification sheets or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
– To Co-ordinate / to visit with respective dept. in HO / Plant for documents & samples required for dossier / registration purpose
– Artwork Checking & development.
– Being over all responsible for the running of export efforts.
– Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards or guidance documents.
– Preparing Proforma Invoice & send to distributor / Agent for approval
– Commercial, Pre-post shipment documents co-ordination. Generating shipping documents like Invoice / packing list and other shipping related documents for commercial & courier shipments
– To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
– Manage the necessary administration and documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities. Liaising with regulatory as required.
– Shipment planning & co-ordination with the Factory and Freight Forwarder, Following up Check list from Custom House agent after checking provide approval on checklist.
– Co-ordinate with CHA for clearance and custom formalities.
– Submitting the CHA and freight forwarding bills to the accounts for payment.
– Liaison with overseas customers and update them on their orders and queries
– To prepare and maintain all MIS.
– should we well versed with GST and any other refunds/benefits on export shipments
– Should have all knowledge all the various incentive schemes by the government.
Requirements
1) Educational – B. Pharma or BSc. Others can also apply
2) Minimum 5 years experience in Export
3) Well versed with all the regulatory and other requirements for exports.
4) Strong, verbal and written communications
5) Extremely well managed, Result and process oriented.
Salary Range – 4 Lacs PA – 8 Lacs PA + Incentive
