• This position works closely with: Internal and external customers on a daily basis

Primary responsibility will be carrying out Testing, Software Installation, Implementation of Terminal Security (ATM) & EMV

• This position is for professional services team and work with customer for Software certification & testing activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

1. The key responsibilities would be to carry out ATM Application support with local team
2. Software Installation on ATM
3. Software Image creation
4. Testing and ATM certification with bank switch
5. EMV implementation support
6. Implementation of ATM Security Solutions

o   Diploma / Degree – IT, Hardware & Software. B Tech would be a plus.

o   4-6+ years of experience in PS, IT, software and services

o   Expertise in NDC/DDC protocol software knowledge

o   EMV knowledge would be an advantage on certification project

o   Should possess great interpersonal skills

o   Communication Skills
