Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Responsibilities
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience and proven track record.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during an interview.
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
- Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
- Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, prototyping, storyboards, user flows, and mocking up user experiences.
- As the project evolves, the UX Designer/Developer will design, code the markup, conduct user testing, and perform other user-facing activities to validate the design, and interaction.
- Work with internal stakeholders to perform user testing
- Develop mobile and cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using C# ASP .NET, HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript and JQuery as well as frameworks like bootstrap or Foundation.
- Contribute to design, technical and functional documentation such as detailed architectural and design documents as requested.
- Ability to define, architect and implement UX solutions based on stakeholders’ requirements and designs
- Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design and develop solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Familiarity with code versioning systems (GIT)
- Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools.

Job Description
The SQL Server DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of the SQL Server Warehouse, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance), executing data loads, and performing data modeling in support of multiple development teams. The data warehouse supports an enterprise application suite of program management tools. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
- Provide 24×7 support for critical production systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.

Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years MS SQL Server Administration experience required
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
- Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to organize and plan work independently
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus
