Show prospective tenants available properties to rent or lease.
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
Handle lease documentation.
Should have a valid driver license.
Should be able to work well independently, using basic word-processing software and
know how to multitask.
Know more than one language, such as English, Punjabi and Hindi.
Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS IN LEASING DIVISION
Designation: Field SalesExecutive (Male)
Qualification:Should be a Graduate
Experience:Should have minimum 2 Years of Direct Selling or Channel Management experience.
Salary:15k-25k PM

Requirements
Must have minimum 1 year People Management/handling experience.
Should have two wheeler of his own with valid DL and registration in his name
Attend field meetings punctually and regularly.
Maintain Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer
(Name, address, telephone No.).
Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through
various activities like, cold calls, reference, Road shows and events.
Maintain daily feedback of the customers.
Take clients for site visits and explain property advantages.
Work on leads provided by partners/DSA (Direct selling agent) as well as organically
generate leads through active scouting

Roles and Responsibilities:
Close coordination with project teams for the timely execution of all project tasks.
Project documentation and management of each project.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver project reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations on weekly basis.
Sets and manages client expectations.
Follow up with the team to ensure project submission within due date
