Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in using mobile applications and internet
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree
Commerce or accounting background preferred

Review and monitors of all Policy condition / Renewals
Fixed Asset Register knowledge
Asset valuation
MIS and Budgetary Control.
Claim process and management.
Accounting Knowledge (Expense booking, accrual, expense allocation)
Handled Major Claim independently.
Group Accident policy / Mediclaim Insurance.
Liaison with Insurance surveyor & Insurance Company for settlement of the claim in Co’s benefits.
Reconciliation of Accounts with Insurance Co.
Preparation of insurance details for Balance sheet purpose & all Misc. works of insurance Department.

Reqrirements:
– Identify & Quantify the available Market Opportunity
– Plan & finalize the Sales, Margin & Inventory for the Concept
– Provide direction on Category Mix, Price Mix, Size Mix & Option Mix to Buying
– Provide Brand wise Allocation of Budget to each category for the Season
– Review Sales Performance & Base Stock for necessary action
– Provide In-Season Promotion Plan & EOSS Markdown Plans
– Provide Sell thru & Productivity Analysis of the Season(Brand wise SPF Vs MPF) for corrections
– Understand Terms of Trade with Brands, Review Performance Of Brands & advice on corrective actions
– Interface with Retail, Warehouse, Buying and Design Function for periodic Performance Review
– Regularly Analyze & Collect Product Feedback from Retail Team
– Create & Manage OTBs
– Ensure Timely Delivery & Availability of stocks at the Store & manage stock norms
– Forecast & Plan Inventory for Core Lines to ensure adequate stock at any point of time
– Perform GAP Analysis post Launch & propose appropriate corrections
– Plan & Manage Inventory for the Core product Category to ensure adequate stock
– Initiate returns at the end of the Season wherever necessary
– Build, coach, Develop & motivate the team to meet performance expectations
