The candidate must be well informed about the latest marketing and sales trends. The individual should be able to gather market information/statistics from different sources through personal or professional contacts. He / She should be able to manage a team at the same time contribute at an individual level as well. Roles & Responsibilities: 

Accountable for Signup with the New Restaurants at individual and team level 

Revenue generation from Restaurant in Market 

Coordinating and handling sales team to generate newleads 

Building and maintaining excellent relation with Hotel owner’s and corporateclients. 

Making plan to promote our brand in market through digital marketing and offline marketing 
Over seeing post sale activities such as installation of software and training the restaurant owners regarding the usage of our app  Providing effective services to all the restaurants on a timelybasis

Converting existing clients accounts to premium accounts 

Retention and Renewal of existing clients for longer periods 

Team Handling and Guidance at a cluster or zonal level  Exploring new markets and avenues for the product

Responsibilities:  Looking for strong Technical manager to take ownership on our Web/Mobile application development. 

8+ years of experience in architecture, system design and software development. 
Support the sales, co-ordinate the customer issues and activities. 
Strong with project co-ordination and management. 
Manage the support, on boarding and support team. 
Extensive software development experience in any of the programming 
Very strong hands on experience in dealing Java projects using Web services, Integration with 3rd party tools.  Good communication skills and should be capable of communicating technically with the customers. 
Should be a guru to the team members in Java Technology. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skill. 
Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision  Android and IOS development experience 
Javascript, HTML5, CSS  Know the basics of OAuth2 and REST Services with JSON  Java, Spring, JPA and REST
