Compensation: Up to – 14 Lac CTC
Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
1. Managing sales (Front End)
2. Directly Managing customers.
3. Experience in handling multiple customers.
4. Sales to major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2
Generic: Commercial – Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
• Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Key Accounts
• New business development with assigned customers
• Seeking out new customers for business expansion.
• Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.
• Knowledge of application based Technical specifications of customers.
• Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography.
• Strategic planning and building up short and long term business plans.
• Ensuring On Time Delivery is maintained with customers
• Arranging Technical Presentations/ seminars at customer end.
• Manage customer business reviews to communicate and prove value delivery and reinforce relationships.
• Devising and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales objectives

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services
2. Creating new client pool
3. Sending emails
4. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS
5. Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts
6. Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics
