Job Description / Responsibilities
• Managing Cash Operations
• Vendor Management
• Payroll Management
• Expense Control
• Invoicing and Delivery Challan
• Preparing Sale Tax Return, TDS Return, Excise Return
• Preparing all forms like, ‘C’ form, ‘C4’, D1, D2
• Reporting to higher management as and when required.
Key Tasks/Assignments
• Manage Cash Operations
• Vendor Management for material
• Raising Purchase Order / Job Order / Work Order
• Maintaining records
• Payroll management
• Compliance with Statutory Requirements
• Banking Transactions
• Expense Accounting
• Expense Control
• Invoicing and preparation of Delivery Challan
• Publishing MIS
• Suggest Process Improvements
