Job Profile

Responsible for End-to-End Branch Management
Achieve the budgeted revenue and profitability targets of the branch location.
Increase sales in all areas of income as budgeted for the branch in the area.
Development of branch network in the given area.
Maintain relationship with the existing clients.
Ensure timely collections of revenue, reduce number of existing debtors in the given area.
Maintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.
Ensure timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO) and concerned authorities
Compliance to company and statutory policy.
Ensure adherence to the compliance related matters.
Managing other staff at the branch in terms of performance and discipline.
Driving and Achieving Targets related sales, collections, claims – Self and staff
Schedule Visits to Institutions/Clients/
Collections process and adherance
Claims process and adherance
Purchase process and adherance
End to End Inventory management
Over all Branch Administration
Punctuality, Attendance. Leave and Retention management of enitre branch
