Client Servicing Executive
Salary:- 150000 – 240000 PA

Location:- Zirakpur
- Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)
- Learn and adhere to Orchidea policies and procedure
- Should learn various tools and software’s used by Orchidea
- Be part of client servicing team and Become a main point of contact for clients for the duration of their onlinemarket research projects
- Build effective, professional working relations hips with clients, leading to repeat business
- Receive and review all materials related to a research project
- Responsible for sampling using Orchidea’s panel assets and proprietary sampling tools
- Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed
- Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre-emptive or preventative action
- Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project
- Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while following Orchidea’s standard
