We are looking for a professional Subject Matter Expert to develop our learning and practicing materials.

Create engaging and compelling learning course content
Coordinate with other teammates and create supporting material/media (audio, video, role plays etc)
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Maintain project documentation and course folders

Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
Expert in either Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology
Excellent writing and communication skills
1+ year of Teaching experience
Excellent knowledge of instructional design models

Industries that the ideal candidate would come from will be Insurance, Telecom, E-Commerce, Call Centres, etc.

Few key requirements:
Should be an excellent communicator, a go getter attitude, and should be open to working extended hours.
He should be street smart and presentable.
Also, we would prefer someone who can join us immediately or max within 30 days.
