Requires candidate of relevant experience for Marketing & Sales for products like TMT & color coated sheets. Marketing includes development of dealers & handling projects in 5 districts of Haryana & complete Himachal pradesh.

a) Preferred Age: up to 40 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: BE or BTECH
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- 8 to 11 yrs.
d) Any Specific Industry— Rubber/ Rubber Automotive ( If possible SKF and Federal Mogul )
e) Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Design Experience on rubber and rubber associated products. Development of New products and new technologies like Gaskets. Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD.
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
f) Areas of expertise required: Design Experience on rubber and rubber associated products. Development of New products and new technologies like Gaskets.
g) Role and Responsibilities-
1. Responsible for leading a design team together with the development team to ensure the delivery of new designs from the concept stage to the development of prototypes through to finished products ready for manufacture.
2. Responsibility for the management of all Design activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze / release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Verification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing.
3. Manage the design and development team to produce a range of concept design schemes for new products as well as updating existing product designs for a number of automotive customers.
4. Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD, In depth knowledge and experience of DFMEA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma
5. Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production
6. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
7. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Salary : up to Rs. 65000 per month for Deputy Manager ( Flexible )
Salary : up to Rs. 90000 per month for Manager ( Flexible )

Department: Vendor Development
a) Preferred Age: 33 to 45 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: Tool & die diploma holder/ BTECH Mechanical
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- Minimum 10 yrs. experience.
d) Any Specific Industry: Automobile Manufacturing/ Having exposure of Tool Room.
e) Expected Role/Responsibility-
1. New Product concept development.
2. Sheet Metal component costing.
3. PPAP procedure handling and CAD Software.
4. Process knowledge- Blanking, Peering, Drawing and bending.
5. Undertaking of items for development and vendor development.
6. Reviewing data sheet and constructability requirements.
7. Review and approve new component design.
8. Visit and assess supplier’s facilities and capabilities, update data base of supplier based on performance observed.
9. Costing of press parts, Rubber parts and sheet metal component costing.
f) Areas of expertise required: Sheet metal operations at single and multi-stations, its mechanical and metallurgical properties, PPAP procedure handling, and CAD software.
